A Home-Away-From-Home

From the moment you walk into our centre to the time you leave we want you to feel like you are in a home-away-from-home. With our specially designed nurturing environments, your child’s activities, experiences, and routines will be filled with fun and laughter, dedicated to their care and educational needs.

Early Learning Spaces

Babies Room

Here we cater for 18 children aged 0 to 2 years. In this space, we follow the children’s routines based on their needs and in consultation with each child’s family.

Here we focus on supporting their gross and fine motor and language development through story, song, and sensory play.

Educators also utilise practices developed from The Circle of Security, and research from child theorists such as Emmi Pikler, and John Bowlby to assist in settling and comforting younger children.

Toddlers Room

We have up to 20 children in this area where children are aged between 2 and 3-years-old.

Here we are extending and encouraging questioning and expressive language skills as well as self-help and larger gross motor movement. Educators scaffold off children’s interests and implement practices and ideas stemming Reggio Emilia practices and Friedrich Froebel teachings.

Our days are filled with a lot more outside playtime as they practice their newfound sense of being.

Pre-School Room

As children turn three, we begin to transition them into our preschool space where we can have up to 30 children aged between 3 and 5 years.

Our dedicated teachers support independent learning by offering age and stage-appropriate experiences. Over these two years, children will have many opportunities to explore social and emotional scenarios that will set them up for success at “big school.”

Again our days are filled with lots of opportunities to explore indoors and outdoors with educators scaffold off children’s interests and implement practices and ideas stemming from Reggio Emilia practices and Friedrich Froebel.

Our tailored school readiness program for 4-5 year olds encourages children to be active learners and develop confidence and resilience.

Daily Routine

Food and Nutrition

Our onsite Chef researches and prepares meals that are filling, nutritious, and in consultation with our families. Alongside that, we utilise the Munch and Move program which was created as part of the NSW Government’s The Healthy Child Initiative.

Across each day, we ensure we serve a full and balanced menu that includes the following quantities of protein, fruit and vegetables, whole grains, and dairy, including dairy alternatives.

We offer a seasonal menu that rotates through a 4-week cycle. Water is readily available for children to access independently.

  • ¾ of a serve of protein-rich foods

  • 2 serves of vegetables or legumes

  • 1 serve of fruit

  • 2 serves of wholegrain cereal foods and breads

  • 1 serving of dairy
